Merged.

This is strange, blogspot is taking so long to load recently. Bad blogspot. I'm going to be good by condensing what i've posted at my eljay over there, 3 posts into 1. And i'm at my uncle's place now, just had reunion dinner. Well, even at home, blogspot takes a long time to load. Wait, it doesn't load, it gets stucked. Mmmm.

Please laugh.
"Gay men are required to reveal their sexual orientation to military doctors during their medical examination, but they are not exempt from national service despite being ineligible to serve in the military on a voluntary basis after their full time national service due to the incompatibility of homosexuality with professional military service. "
-Wikipedia.

Wow.
I'm awstuck. Stumbled upon this while doing my english essay.
Graduating with honours isn't easy. Our Mentor Minister is a double starred first honours student from Cambridge. (Nothing is too surpising though, there's triple starred first honors Cambridge graduates too, eg. Neal Ascherson and Abba Evan) Both his sons received the President's Scholarship. MM Lee's grandson, Lee Shengwu(son of Hsien Yang) won the Angus Ross prize for the best Literature A-level paper in the Commonwealth. He was also the Prof Tommy Koh Award recipient for being the best humanity student at RJC.

Ha, perhaps that's why no one has ever boasted to be Singapore's Prime Minister, not in my life, so far. I believe Singapore doesn't practise nepotism! Look at Lee's results. Still, Lee Hsien Long is not very outstanding. Wait, checking. Okay, he's outstanding. He's a mathematics honours graduate from Cambridge and received a MPA from Harvard University. He's also one of the youngest brigadier generals in Singapore history. Lee Hsien Yang's also a brigadier general. Imagine if Yang&Long are merged, would they ever be better than their dad?

The pressure to excel must be immense. :X
Ha, is George Bush's results are glorious?

P.s. I'm suppose to do Argumentative: ‘All young people, male and female should undertake a period of military service.’ Do you agree?. I'm digressing way too much.

Prawns say meh
I shall make up the pictures for the prawning trip at Bottle Tree Park first! :D

&

I have no means to boast but my first prawn was the biggest for that 3 hours since i was there. Good news, ain't that. But bad news is after that huuuge prawn, that's it. Luck runs out.

Thinking back, it's kinda dumb though, cos there's like over 10 people hogging at that pathetic small pond, it's even smaller than our school lake! I was expecting a bigger pond. Pond's a pond, but the size was disappointing. Experience's one of a kind though! :D
Erm, if i didn't remember wrongly, i took that picture with flash with a desperate attempt to scare away the prawns at the corners so that they would come to me. :&

More pictures of the place! Bottle Tree Park, unique name. It's near Khatib mrt by the way. My dad says that the bigger(bigger than our school's lake) fish pond's not for beginners or amateurs. The fish that can easily weigh 3-5kg.

&

&

The restaurant, the surrondings had a delightful ambience. Hard to explain, you gotta go there to see for yourself.

&

That's my dad. Apparently i have a weird dad. When i was taking his picture, he made a silly face. So i decided 'no face' is better, heh.

&

Fishing requires patience which my brother and i lack. My brother's constipated face is funny. :D

Random thought: if my brother(not the one in the pictures) ever gets a girlfriend, i'll laugh my arse off, honestly.

I don't like Celeste. I don't like Celeste. I don't like Celeste. I don't like Celeste. I have my reasons.

1. Cel has a sister who knows how to make layouts with the needed programs.
2. Cel's sister made a layout for her!
3. Cel's layout features Wuzun, cute guy.

Period.

Erratic weather!

Compare this and my previous post. Cool & warm. Freak weather conditions. I prefer it cool though, except for the hair-raising-goosebumps part of the story. Just a fw days ago, it was freaking warm and today's freezing. I literally shivered when i was in the concourse at about 5 going to 6 with Sharon. Sharon, you haven't thanked me for the "newspapers attempt". I had your interests at heart, you know it. *winks* Oh yea, the basketballers were wearing their jerseys(yes, sleeveless) at the concourse nearer to the lake. Perhaps exercising warmed them up. I don't study geography. Does the lake in my school attract rain? And breezes and etc.

Today's a daze day. All i've done today is stone, stone, stone. And homework. Decided, i shall not talk while doing homework. Lowers efficiency by a lot! Was planning to finish up amaths homework, but i ended up chatting with Simin. :B

As usual, homework pile up to mountains.
English, comprehension due tomorrow. Oh man. And journal.
Maths, on loci(sounds like shit in hokkien, in the ascent of a frechman). Add maths, finishing up binomial theorem. Binomial's probably the chapter i'm most confident of since the start of school.
Physics, doing experiments, but i like. Except for the labmate part. Physics is the slowest~
E geog, groups are taking turn for presentations and it's kinda a waste of time since no one's got any notes down. Mrs Ho doesn't seem to have the intention to teach again. Self-study, i guess.\
Charisma, my personal favourite. Except, would be the best lesson in my life if we would have free periods. Can't wait for Jc. I suppose they have plenty of free periods? I do hope so!

New discovery! Writing about schoolwork keeps your conscious of your progress. Yea and i'm obviously lagging.

I bought a new comic two days. And yes, if you know me, i have a very bad habit. I buy the first comic and i stop there. This time, i bought 「妖精標本」, Fairy Cube in english, pronounced "Yousei Hyouhon".

ABOUT FAIRY CUBE

Taken from http://www.yuukitenshi.net/fairycube/info.html

This is pretty stupid actually cos i haven't read the comic yet! :\

I miss Dale. Erk, stupid Maoqiang kidnapped Dale and hid him in Karl's bag. Dale's staying overnight with Karl today. I hope he survives tonight. Poor Dale. Poor chipmunk. He's not even 3 months old?! Karl, you die if Dale loses fur.

Warm warm day.

Today's stuffy. Uber humid. I miss the cooling, yet, dry weather. Awwww, let's do the rain/breeze dance! :D

Mmm, let's see.
(not in order)
01 Interaction class, we were discussing decorations to be in the concourse, in the concourse. Yes! We ended up fooling around and attempting to hide away Caroil's stationery. It was hilarious at the concourse, i laughed till my stomach hurt. Caroil, you poor fish! Irritating thing is Tsesiong(stupid chicken) kept shaking his leg on the picnic bench. Annoying dude. Being pretty eyes doesn't give you the privilege to shake your leg and irriate me! Sheese. Oh, and Zhanrui, you look waaaay different today, without your specky. Sense of better. Christina doesn't wear her specs these days too. Woo~

02 Amaths. I decide, even if Mdm Tan's strict, cross-eyed, made me spit out the half of the cheese sausage i was eating in class and made me starve for the next half an hour, confiscated Dale(and almost Chip if Sharon hadn't been quicker), called me to answer questions i had no idea where to start from, here comes it, I STILL LIKE HER! Honestly, no means of sarcasm intended.

03 English. Oh man, presentation of last fri's work and a short essay to be done in class, but Mrs P allowed us to do it at home anyway. Erk, she shouldn't had. I had my Describe a quiet/busy scene/place done in class! No inspiration though. Can't imagine what i'd do without my dearest accompany Inspiration during the exams!

04 MRS KEE! Chemistry, we had Redox lessons in the library! Lalalala!~ Me love air-con. I love air-con. I adore the air-con. I like the air-con. I heart the air-con. Enough said. I don't understand a bit of chemistry. Chemistry is drifting further from me, ever since Acids & Bases. Perhaps, i just hate mermorising. Still, i see no link between Chemistry and Real Life, perhaps, like what Sharon's said, Vinegar. I agree, Sha-ren! I see more linkages in Physics and Real Life.

05 During lunch, there was a Career Guidance stall set up in the tuckshop. The book costs five bucks. Think it's ideal for people like, ME! People who have no idea where are they heading in the next 1 more year. I'm prolly getting the book in 7-eleven if i don't see the stall tomorrow.

06 I'm glad i haven't vommited in public places, like on the bus and be a nuisance to others.

P.s. Do you have any idea that i read from books that eating gum helps your concentration and definitely, help in keeping in awake? I heeded the book today. :D

MY LAB MATE.

Have i mentioned of my new labmate? ALVIN MOK! Mok, you're so honoured. I mentioned you on my blog. Except frequent(actually, often) irriating moments, Mok makes a passable labmate. However, as compared to the pair sitting behind me, Shaun&Sharon(ex-labmate), Mok is excellent, i say. Mok, if you ever see this, that's a compliment. :D

I'll be seeing you twice a month. Luckily i don't have to sit with you for Chemistry! Imagine titration experiments with Alvin Mok. Messy~

Random stuff.

Cute panda video contributed by Cheyu :D
http://comic.yam.com/class/tvbean/swf/02_brother.swf

Today is quite productive. I contributed 2 phrases to our english essay,
1. the sunlight slanted through the trees and casted our shadowns on the soft ground.
2. the air was redolent with the pine trees' wands of fragrant needles.
It's quality work, okay! I came up with that after about 5 hours of stoning session this afternoon. In that 5 hours, that's all i did. No wonder why i thought about 'em anyway.

Just now, i was at Fredflare. The goods are waaaaay toooo cute. Some of the lipbalms are from my eljay friend page though. Why can't i have my dbs card? :\

Sharon, i checked with the spree-er. She's closing today cos she's
capping at 100USD. Well, another time i guess. Sorry about it. I was still
thinking to ask you to help me get some stuff too, since the items cut was 8.
:(

Lipbalms!
La-la land.
Bambi in La-la land, wonder which flavour is it.

Oo la la, hersheys milk chocolate!

DQ icecream! Mmm, i once saw that brand somewhere. Can't remember where. Near cineleisure & tampines. At a snack bar or something.. Mmm.

Tootsie!
I haven't had a tootsie before i think! :( Supposed to taste like chocolate on the outside and fruity on the inside. Sounds drooling delicious. :9

Bubbleyam.
THE BEST BUBBLEGUM BRAND! Me loves bubblegum! Someday i'll blow a bubblegum bigger than my brothers' face.

Other merchandise & pictures from Fredflare.com:
Notepad
I'm those who enjoy putting post-it notes everywhere, more over, if it says FORGET ME NOT! :D

Happily ever after..
BOOKMARKS! Adorable. :)

Legos case.
Oh oh, lego's were my no. 1 childhood toy choice. Soft toys tied with Lego's. What's yours? I miss the big-sized lego's, the smaller ones just didn't look right.

Teh beach.
Sheer cuteness! Haha, the creator of Fredflare made that picture during his beach vacation.

If you're wondering what's that, that's a marshmallow maker. I want one, i want one, i want one. In fact, i want one of the each of everything on Fredflare.

These colour pencils look as though they can blend into your colourful vintage bathroom tiles.

Pencils~
Gourmet-scented pencils. Sounds like a good idea when i'm hungry in class. Grab and sniff pencils. *grins* Perhaps i can save money from recess and lunch too. Would it perk a person up during lessons too? Maybe!

Globe sharpeners.
Available in the colours of green & red. Excellent if you buy it together with the pencils & colour pencils. Plus, my belief pencils are all blunt now and the mickey sharpener is missing. Not a splurge, cos it's a nesssity. :)

Love letter boxes for Chippendale! That's sweet. Our postcards are residing in a plastic bag now. Sad for 'em. They need a new address, haha.

Heart shapes.
Love tape. Hearts, hearts. My current obsession. The heart shape. And in so many colours!

Guitar pins.
Hey Sharon! Your fave! Guitar pins. They have guitar picks too.

Obvious enough, mushroom timer, ideal for baking and cooking. It looks good enough to be in the soup.

Japanese doll.
晴天娃娃 was the inspiration source. I didn't know about this, these dolls were made to scare away storms in Japan. I owe Kelly one.

Cupcake sandwich baggies. :D
It's a baggie for sandwich! The cupcake is a print on the bag. Brings appetite to eater.

:)
I love little games little.

Smallobjects.com:

Preeety pretty letter set.

Wooden horse stamp set. Stamp-makers are cool. I wanna get my name or Chippendale done on a stamp. Maybe if i can make my own wooden stamp. Is there any in Singapore? Like the customised teddy bear shop(Cityhall).

That's all. Mum hasn't gotten my dbs card. It's always so tempting to go to livejournal. This post will only be in blogspot and blogspot. No posting over to eljay. I have a craving for thick gravy on something now, like a good kfc whipped potato.

I'm saving moolahs now, for a good jacket! Tomorrow, i'm going to do homework. Homework. Homework. Homework. Also, i'd better understand General Properties of Waves, Statics and Permuatation&Combination by tomorrow. Amaths & physics tests are next week. Waves seem easy though, understanding the formula and that's all. Amaths is like, permutation and combination. I don't even know whether if the question is talking about permutation, combination or both. There's a trick to it i think. I'm so dead. I don't wanna fail my first class test! X_x

This image pops out from my head: student sitting cross-legged on armchair, eating noodles and doing homework in a hostel room, with a table lamp. The room has a cute wallpaper, can't see what it is. A bed with thick blankets and cute prints over the bedsheets & pillows. A small balcony overlooking an area of the school premises. A field with small yellow and white flowers.

*GRINS*

Look at Sharon's blog! I'm sweet. :D
Sharon, you're making me thinking i truly make a good boyfriend.

It's been stressful recently. Draggy geography project due next week, Thinking Day performance full dress rehearsal next Friday, the unfinished homework, unable to remember any chemistry, lagging behind for both maths, no time to read English and Chinese books, sleeping at wee hours(say, 12, hello i wake up at 5), in the day I'm left dazed.

I love today! Heavens love me too. Such a nice day to sleep today! It's raining, it's pouring~ I collate that i have slept 16 hours. At night, 8-10=2 hours. Then, 10pm to 12noon= 14 hours. Viola! Sleeping is the best thang, don't you agree?

Little brother just offered me a Hershey's, Extra Creamy, Milk Chocolate with Raisins and Almonds Nugget. And i forgot to say thanks and gave him a blank stare instead. I'm a failure sister.

To-do list (today)
1. browse through geog tb and spilt into 5 parts and hopefully, get my part done by today.
Can't let it drag to next week, no time next week cos the Performance practises are on wednesday and thursday. *gasps* And i still wanna go for PUMPS!
2. try to understand what maths & chemistry by today.
To prove that i'm not too stupid.
3. restrain myself from messaging except with meaningful purposes.
I'm exceeding at this rate!
4. read a few more friends' blog.
Did Sharon. Mmmm.
5. wash my shoes.
Ewww, wet.
6. arrange a time with Kelly to go out to shop for our performace costume.
&to print out the commands & so on for Kelly.
7. do buttons for uniforms.
*shrugs*
8.DO HOMEWORK.
Dah, the first in my resolutions.
9. clear my pig sty.
In resolutions too.

P.s. I want a Jacket/sweater/fleece, with kangaroo pockets and zips
